What to look for in a company when you apply for a job
Company Culture Checklist: 

By company reference is given to company or company appointed representative
  • Company decides what computer device a candidate/staff member will use
  • Company decides what the candidate/staff member should wear to work
  • Company decides what time the candidate/staff member should start and stop work
  • Company decides where the candidate/staff member should sit for work
  • Company decides how many days of vacation a candidate/staff member gets 
  • Company decides how a candidate/staff member should get paid and when 
  • Company grades the work done by candidate/staff member (formal reviews/feedback)
  • Company decides what kind of tasks candidate/staff member will do and assigns those tasks to candidate/staff member 
  • Company decides your title or label
  • Company decides who will be your manager
  • Company decides what time frame is needed to get the work done
